Part of the Adventure
Twelve-Mile Cabin is intentionally off the beaten path. Far enough away to feel like a true escape, but absolutely worth the drive.
A few days before your stay, we'll send detailed turn-by-turn directions to guide you to the cabin. After one final turn onto the gravel road, you'll arrive somewhere that feels a world away, where the creek sets the pace and the rest can wait.
Good to Know
• A high-clearance, all-wheel-drive vehicle is required for the final stretch of road to the cabin. It's one of the reasons this place feels so wonderfully tucked away.
• We recommend arriving during daylight so you can take in the scenery and easily spot our turnoff.
• Nature is always changing. Creek levels, weather, fallen trees, wildlife, and trail conditions vary throughout the seasons, making every visit a little different. While we'll always share anything important before your stay, Mother Nature has the final say.
If you're looking for a place that's a little harder to find and a lot harder to leave, your adventure begins long before you arrive.
